A.All payments are processed electronically, and we accept the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Q.What types of waste are not allowed in the dumpsters?
A.Although our dumpsters are suitable for various waste types, we do not accept hazardous materials. This includes, but is not limited to, motor oil, weapons, tires, asbestos, sealed tanks or drums, chemicals, propane tanks, and pesticides.
Q.What happens if I exceed the weight limit of the dumpster?
A.At Zion Dumpsters, we are committed to fairness and transparency. If your load exceeds the dumpster's weight limit, you will be charged a flat overage fee for every ton you exceed.
Q.Are your services available on weekends?
A.Yes, we aim to accommodate our customers' preferred schedules, which is why we offer dumpster rentals, as well as deliveries, seven days a week and pickups Monday to Friday.
Q.Do I need to be present during the dumpster delivery or pick-up?
A.Yes, it is Zion Dumpster's policy that an adult must be present when we deliver your dumpster. Before renting a dumpster with us, please ensure that you coordinate and have an adult available at the time of delivery.
Q.Do you offer any type of insurance?
A.Yes, we offer Fire and Damage insurance at a flat rate of $49.99 which can be upgraded upon checkout.
Q.Do you offer Driveway Protection?
A.Yes, you can upgrade your cart on checkout to include protection and our driver will ensure your driveway is protected.
Q.Can I have my dumpster picked up earlier than expected?
A.Yes, you can call for pickup whenever you are ready for us to pick up.
Q.Can I keep my dumpster longer than I booked?
A.Yes. Just give us a call to cancel pickup and keep as long as you need. You will be charged per day when rental is complete.
